DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – STREET FOOD TOUR IN THE OLD QUARTER (—)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our guide and driver will meet you and transfer you by private car to your hotel in Hanoi city centre.
Hotel check-in: 14:00. Early check-in is not included.
In the evening, enjoy a street food tour in Hanoi Old Quarter with your local guide. Explore the busy streets and try local Vietnamese dishes at your own expense.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.

DAY 2: HANOI – HA LONG BAY CRUISE (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay by shuttle bus.
Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located approximately 160 km from Hanoi. The journey takes around 3.5–4 hours and passes through the Red River Delta, where you can see rural landscapes and rice fields.
12:00–12:30: Arrive at the port and board the Ha Long Bay cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink, receive a short introduction and safety briefing, then check in to your cabin.
13:15: Enjoy lunch while cruising through Ha Long Bay and admire the limestone islands and sea views.
16:00: Join a guided visit to a limestone cave in Ha Long Bay.
17:20: Return to the cruise and enjoy the sunset.
18:00: Enjoy happy hour and join a cooking demonstration and food decoration class with the chef.
19:00–21:00: Dinner is served at the cruise restaurant.
21:00–22:00: Enjoy the evening at your leisure or join activities such as squid fishing and karaoke.

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – HANOI – FLY TO DANANG – HOI AN (B/BR)
Start the morning with views of Ha Long Bay from the cruise.
06:30: Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
07:00–08:00: Enjoy breakfast while taking in the morning views.
08:00–09:00: Visit an island viewpoint for panoramic views of the bay. Depending on the cruise itinerary, there may also be time to relax on the beach or swim.
09:00: Return to the cruise and freshen up.
09:30: Check out of your cabin and continue cruising towards the harbour.
10:30: Enjoy an early lunch or brunch on board.
12:00: Arrive at Ha Long harbour and disembark.
Transfer back to Hanoi. Our driver will take you to the airport for your flight to Danang. No guide is included for this transfer.
Upon arrival at Danang International Airport, meet your local driver and transfer to Hoi An.

DAY 4: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN TOUR (B)
After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of Hoi An Ancient Town with your guide.
Explore the historic streets and visit some of the town's well-known attractions, such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, assembly halls and traditional old houses.
Take time to explore the local shops and enjoy the atmosphere of Hoi An. In the evening, see the town illuminated by colourful lanterns.
Enjoy a lantern boat ride before returning to your hotel.

DAY 5: COOKING CLASS – LOCAL MARKET – CAM THANH COCONUT VILLAGE (B/L)
Today, experience the food and local culture of Hoi An through a combination of market visit, basket boat ride and cooking class.
Local Market Visit
Start the day at a local market. Walk around the market, meet local vendors and learn about the fresh ingredients commonly used in Vietnamese cooking.
Cam Thanh Coconut Village
Continue to Cam Thanh Coconut Village and explore the water coconut forest by traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat.
Enjoy the peaceful waterways and learn about traditional fishing activities. You may also try traditional net fishing and catching small crabs in the canals.
Vietnamese Cooking Class
Continue to the cooking venue and join a hands-on cooking class. The local chef will guide you through the preparation of four Vietnamese dishes and explain the ingredients and cooking methods.
After the class, enjoy the dishes you have prepared, together with additional side dishes such as morning glory, steamed rice and dessert.
You will also receive the recipes so you can prepare the dishes again at home.
After the experience, our guide will escort you back to the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Danang International Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
No guide is included for the transfer to Danang Airport.
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your local driver and transfer to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free until the evening.

After breakfast, depart from your hotel for the Cu Chi Tunnels, approximately 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
The journey takes around 1.5 hours.
Upon arrival, receive a short introduction and watch an introductory video about the tunnel system and how people lived there during the war.
Continue to explore the remaining tunnel areas and learn about the underground living spaces, kitchens, storage areas, field hospitals and command centres.
You can also see hidden entrances and various types of traps that were used during the war.
After the visit, enjoy traditional tea and cassava, which were commonly eaten by people living in the tunnels during the war.
There is time to relax before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
Optional: Guests who wish to try the shooting range can do so at their own expense and subject to local regulations and availability.

After breakfast, depart from Ho Chi Minh City for My Tho, a city located along the Mekong River.
Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a historic pagoda dating back to the 19th century.
Continue by boat along the Mekong River and around the four islands traditionally known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise Islands.
Stop at Unicorn Island and walk along the country lanes. Visit local orchards, taste tropical fruits and enjoy traditional local music performed by local residents.
Continue to a fruit plantation and then take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son Canal.
Visit local family businesses, a honey-bee farm and a coconut candy workshop. Enjoy honey tea and learn more about local products.
Have lunch at a local restaurant and take some time to relax.
In the afternoon, enjoy free time for a bicycle ride around Tan Thach Village and meet local residents to learn about daily life in the Mekong Delta.
Guests who do not wish to cycle can relax in a hammock and enjoy the countryside atmosphere.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City.
